1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the PolyPulse browser extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

PolyPulse is a browser extension that provides a convenient interface to interact with the Polymarket prediction market platform. The Extension allows users to:

• View prediction market data alongside social media posts
• Execute trades on Polymarket through an integrated wallet
• Monitor positions and portfolio performance

3. Not Financial Advice

PolyPulse does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All information displayed is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Prediction markets involve significant risk of loss.

4. Wallet and Funds

• PolyPulse creates a self-custodial wallet. You are solely responsible for securing your seed phrase and password.
• We cannot recover lost passwords, seed phrases, or private keys.
• We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify blockchain transactions once submitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds (MATIC) for gas fees.

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension interfaces with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Polymarket: All trades are executed on Polymarket's infrastructure. You must also comply with Polymarket's Terms of Service.
• Polygon Network: Transactions are processed on the Polygon blockchain.
• X (Twitter): The Extension injects content into this platform. You must comply with X's terms of service.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services.

6. Geographic Restrictions

Polymarket and prediction markets may not be available in all jurisdictions. The Extension includes geoblock compliance checks, but you are responsible for ensuring that using prediction markets is legal in your jurisdiction. The Extension should not be used in jurisdictions where prediction market trading is prohibited.

7. Risks

By using the Extension, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Market risk: You may lose some or all of your invested funds.
• Technical risk: Software bugs, network issues, or API failures could affect trade execution.
• Smart contract risk: The Extension interacts with smart contracts that may contain vulnerabilities.
• Liquidity risk: Markets may have insufficient liquidity for your desired trades.
• Regulatory risk: Laws regarding prediction markets may change.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPERS OF POLYPULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE EXTENSION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, TRADING LOSSES, OR DATA LOSS.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Extension for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension for malicious purposes
• Use the Extension if you are under 18 years of age
• Use the Extension in jurisdictions where prediction markets are prohibited

10. Intellectual Property

The Extension's source code, design, and branding are the property of the PolyPulse team. Polymarket and X (Twitter) are trademarks of their respective owners.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the Extension or modify its features at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
